Financing contract for Nymphaea resort was signed
Mayor of Oradea, Ilie Bolojan and Director of the Northwest Regional Development Agency, Claudiu Coşier, signed on Monday, at the agency in town Rădaia, Cluj County, the financing contract for the project "Development of recreational tourism by creating the thermal spa complex" Nymphaea "Oradea".
The project foresees to build an aquapark with 12 toboggans and 14 pools on the site of the current municipal lido. Nymphaea resort will also include three buildings , that is a multifunctional complex with spa area, fitness, bowling, a building for the indoor pools divided into three specific areas: family, relaxation and adventure and a commercial complex for clients. Inside the leisure area will operate sports fields, entertainment areas, green spaces and over 230 parking plots. The total project value amounts to 88.3 million lei. Oradea City Hall contribution is 38.9 million lei and the difference will be provided from EU funds.
