Police Fraud Investigation Service of the IPJ Bihor started prosecution against a Hungarian citizen, 40 years old, in terms of tax evasion offense.
The Hungarian citizen is suspected that during 2010, as manager of a company with its headquarters in Oșorhei would have made Community acquisitions of goods intended for sale within the country, which he would not have recorded in the administered company’s accounting nor would have declared them to the tax authorities.
At the same time the administrator is suspected that in purpose of avoiding the tax checks he would have declared the registered place of business in Oșorhei, address to which the company has not ever functionned .
Total damage caused thereby to the state budget is 83,126 lei, accounting for VAT. Police Fraud Investigation Service investigation continues with the suspect being let free in order to discover his entire possible criminal activity and to recover the entire damage.
